OHB Hellas is currently looking for a (junior) Requirements Engineer to support the Requirements Management activities on LISA and PLATO science missions.

Job Overview:
The Requirements Engineer will maintain and exploit the requirements database, supporting traceability and verification activities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of requirements engineering processes. This position is ideal for an early–career engineer with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong interest in space missions.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the requirements database (IBM DOORS)
- Assist in requirements tracing, verification status tracking, and consistency checks across different system levels
- Deliver and review technical specifications exports from the requirements database
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of requirements engineering processes
- Contribute to the projects’ documentation (specification tree, traceability matrices, progress reports)
Profile We’re Looking For
- MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Astrophysics, or a related field
- Strong interest in space science missions, particularly astrophysics, exoplanet science, or gravitational wave missions
- Basic understanding of systems engineering concepts (requirements, interfaces, verification/validation)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex technical information
- English (proficient level, required) and German (good-to-have)
- Motivation to learn tools, standards, and processes used in large European space programs
- Military service obligations fulfilled (for male Greek citizens)
